International Shipping

International shipping option is currently available only to Australia. A flat rate charge is at SGD$30. Orders are limited to only ink cartridges and label tapes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you to update on the status of the order. Depends on the delivery method chosen, there will be relevant information in the email for you to track your order whereabouts

Please also note that we partner with third party logistics provider and Monday- Saturday (half day) is the official working days.

I have yet to receive my order

1. For SingPost normal mail delivery, please check your letter box. The parcel could be placed in the letterbox or if the parcel is too big and there is no one to receive the parcel at the point of delivery, a Singpost slip will be available for you to collect from the nearest post office (collection period is within a week from receiving the Singpost Slip)

Please take note that this delivery method is NOT TRACEABLE and we are not liable for any lost mail. We highly encourage all customers to opt for registered delivery especially if your items are of relatively high value, for a peace of mind.

2. For Qxpress and Ninjavan delivery, delivery person will usually call in advance to arrange the best possible time and method to deliver it you. Hence, if status is shown delivered but you have not received anything yet, please do the following:

  • Check with your family, friends, colleagues, receptionist on any delivery made. Item may have been received on behalf of you without your knowledge
  • Contact our customer service at enquiry@theinksupply with your Invoice (routed to your email upon successful order made OR you can retrieve it by logging into your account) We will strive to respond to you within 24 hours

Why is the delivery time taking so long?

The delivery days is firstly based on working days and not calendar days. Secondly, delivery period is based on the best estimate and not a guarantee period of time. Thirdly, please take into account public holidays which can delay your package delivery

I need my order very very urgently!

You can either opt for the expedited delivery method at $20 surcharge or arrange for a self collection. Do take note all self collection is strictly on appointment basis and is depending on current premise stock availability

What is the process if I select self collection?

Upon selecting self collection on check out and payment completion, kindly make an appointment via the link here Take note all collection is strictly on appointment basis.

Why am I unable to have a choice of self collection on check out?

The reason is because due to our e-commerce business nature, there is a minimum of SGD $30 to be eligible for this option. Other than that, you can select the various delivery methods available.
