International Shipping

International shipping option is currently available only to Australia. An order is limited to only ink cartridges and label tapes. The shipping rates vary according to your exact location. Please email [email protected] to enquire.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you to update on the status of the order. You are able to request for your order tracking number by sending us a WhatsApp Please also note that we partner with third party logistics provider and Monday- Saturday (half day) is the official working days.

I have yet to receive my order

1. For doorstep delivery, the delivery person will carry out delivery as per normal unless otherwise instructed. If there is no one to receive the items at the point of delivery, the courier will either place the order at the doorstep on customers instructions (courier may contact you) or reschedule a delivery date automatically. However, if the delivery status is shown as delivered but you have not received anything yet, please do the following:
  • Check with your family, friends, colleagues, receptionist on any delivery made. Item may have been received on behalf of you without your knowledge
  • Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your invoice (routed to your email upon successful order made OR you can retrieve it by logging into your account) We will strive to respond to you within 24 working hours

Why is the delivery time taking so long?

Please note the following important delivery information:

  1. Delivery timelines are based on working days, not calendar days.

  2. The delivery timeframe provided is a best estimate and not a guaranteed delivery window.

  3. Public holidays may cause delays, so do take this into consideration when placing your order.

I need my order very urgently!

You may opt for expedited delivery with a $20 surcharge or arrange for self-collection.
Please note that the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 12pm. Payments made after this time will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Please note that our operating hours is from Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm).

All self-collections are strictly by appointment only and are subject to current stock availability at our premises. You may WhatsApp us to check on the availability for store pick up.

What is the process if I select self collection?

Upon selecting self collection on check out and payment completion, You will find an appointment link on the order confirmation page. If you do not see it, you can WhatsApp our customer service at 8293 6512. Take note all collection is strictly on appointment basis.

Why am I unable to have a choice of self collection on check out?

The reason is because due to our e-commerce business nature, there is a minimum of SGD $30 to be eligible for this option. Alternatively, you can select the various delivery methods available.

Why is there no free delivery for my order?

  1. Your order value is lower than $50
  2. Your order item is irregular in size and shape, hence it incurs additional surcharge (selected items like copier toner cartridge attracts $10 surcharge)
  3. Your order is an overseas address

Brother, Brady, Canon, Casio, Dymo, Epson, Fuji Xerox, Lexmark, HP, Samsung and other manufacturer brand names and logos are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Any and all brand name designations or references are made solely for purposes of demonstrating compatibility.
