Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you to update on the status of the order. Depends on the delivery method chosen, there will be relevant information in the email for you to track your order whereabouts
For Singpost registered Smartpac delivery method, kindly note that the tracking is not available instantaneously. Typically, it will take 1-2 working days for the status to be updated and hence be visible to you.
Please also note that we partner with third party logistics provider and Monday- Saturday(half day) is the official working days.
I have yet to received my order
1. For Singpost delivery method, please check your letter box. The parcel could be placed in the letterbox or if the parcel is too big and there is no one to receive the parcel at the point of delivery, a Singpost slip will be available for you to collect from the nearest post office (collection period is within a week from receiving the Singpost Slip)
2. For Qxpress delivery, delivery person will usually call in advance to arrange the best possible time and method to deliver it you. Hence, if status is shown delivered but you have not received anything yet, please do the following:
- Check with your family, friends, colleagues, receptionist on any delivery made. Item may have been received on behalf of you without your knowledge
- Contact our customer service at enquiry@theinksupply with your 4 digit order ID and Name. We will strive to respond to you within 24 hours
Why is shipping time longer than stated?
The delivery days is firstly based on working days and not calendar days. Secondly, delivery period is based on the best estimate and not a guarantee period of time. Thirdly, please take into account public holidays which can delay your package delivery
I need my order very urgently
You can opt for the expedited delivery method at $6 surcharge or arrange for a self collection from Hougang (Specific address is provided upon successful check out and is only on appointment basis)
